ISLAND TIME - Want to be transported to the Caribbean through flavors in food because you just can’t do a Caribbean Getaway now. Then the food at Ridymz Jamaican Cuisine in Royal Palm Beach, Florida will do just that. I was planning on having my “Ackee and Codfish” meal with root vegetables and Jamaican dumpling as a To Go Order, but when my meal arrived at the counter the spices in the food lured me to sit down, relax to the Bob Marley reggae music, and allow my mind to be transported to my favorite beach in Jamaica - Negril. It was so much food that I did an American favorite: Leftovers To Go. Subsequently, I bought a curry chicken meal another excellent favorite for a family member. Come taste the flavors @ Ridymz Jamaican Cuisine and you may just be wooed to Negril. Just imagine your self on a lounge chair under a coconut tree with the clear blue turquoise water glistening in front of you, and the white sand beach below your feet as you enjoy your meal and sip Jamaican Ginger Beer.

Ordered curry goat and Jerk chicken. The goat was very tasty and the Jerk chicken was ok. Several items of the menu were not available. The service was very slow, looks like the person does not have much experience. I think they should include more Caribbean sides to the menu (no cassava, no plantains). Overall, food was good.
We actually enjoyed the dinners that was ordered. Place is not fancy but clean. Good portions.
Ate here for the first time today. Food was great, the man helping us was friendly, and the portions were huge.
Called them to place an order. I ordered 3 large jerk pork dinners. They told me that they were in the process of making some and that it will be ready in a half hour. Okay,fine. I’m waiting for a half hour and arrive to go pick up my order. The minute I step in to pick it up,they tell me that they don’t have any more and it’s all gone! What do you mean it’s all gone? I just called and waited for a half hour for nothing! I am livid!! While the food is good,I don’t think I’ll eat here again or recommend this place to anyone if that’s how they’re going to do business! I’ll take my money elsewhere!
First time there, front dining area clean plenty of sitting. Ordered curry chicken 8.99 and oxtail 10.99. Rice was a bit under cooked for me. Cabbage was ok, also. Oxtail tender but of course for the price could have been more generous on potions. Flavor was just okay I've had better at Tony's, Rivera Beach.
The food here is consistently good. Great flavor, great portions and awesome customer service! The price is very economical.
