Best customer service period. I accidently ordered the wrong item (MAD instead of HAD). They were easy to reach and quickly resolved my error. I received the replacement very quickly only to realize that I had ordered the wrong size (I should have measured twice and tested the MAD before sending it back for the HAD). They offered to replace my order with custom size, which was also a quick turn-around and it's a perfect fit. I'm very pleased with the service, patience, and kindness in resolving an error that I created. I'm so thankful that I'm looking for excuses to buy other gear from Rifles Only. Hopefully a class with them is in my near future.

I just completed the Precision Rifle 1 course. I have to say, It was time and money well spent. The course was taught by Mr. Jacob Bynum (Director, Owner, Operator, & HMFIC) himself. The course was very challenging yet satisfying. Mr. Bynum is extremely knowledgeable and relatable. He has the ability to take high level information and break it down to the ridiculous, thereby making it easy for anyone to understand and apply. That, in itself, is a rare find in an instructor. Whatever it is you think you know about shooting rifles, will either be challenged or reinforced. Fundamentals are stressed to the enth degree. Your strengths will be noted and complimented and your weaknesses will be addressed and corrected. What else could anyone ask for? Pack your rifle and ammo and check your ego at the door.
THANK YOU!!! I just completed the 5 day Precision Rifle I & II course with Jacob and John and they corrected more in the morning of the first day than any other course I've attended. Top notch, world class instruction worth every penny and then some. If you're wanting to hone your marksmanship skills or play competitively in the PRS Precision rifle game this course should be high on your to-do list. I'll be back for sure.
