I called the taxi at 11 and I had to wait for 1 hour and the man never called me back. Really bad service man.

Very professional service. I have taken this service many times from Rigaud to a local campground. Even to Montreal once. The owner of the company “Roger” has gone above and beyond for me and my friends. I can’t say enough positive things about this service... I strongly recommend it!
I took Taxi 3000 twice and both were terrible experiences. The first time, the driver made me feel very uncomfortable by the way he looked at me. He also basically guilt tripped me into giving him a tip. The second time was another driver, but he wasn't more pleasant. He was rude and talked to me like I was a nuisance. Seriously, I wonder how these people are still in buisiness. It's like they're purposely trying to get a bad reputation.
I called to get a taxi they said that it will arrive in 10 mins. 12 mins later, still waiting for the taxi, I called to see where is the taxi they told me that they don't have time for this , find another company and hung up the phone. This deserves less than zero stars...
We had wonderful service from Roger on our recent trip back from Rigaud to Montreal. Very professional, friendly, good conversation, and a good driver. What a great service to have for those visiting or attending weddings in Rigaud as an affordable option to get back not the city.
