We went there on Christmas the car wash wasn’t working. It took are money we were a little upset but hand washed it instead. Called the manager let him know what happen was so kind and said he would reimburse our money or send us a free car wash and came threw with a very nice letter And gave us back our money . We appreciate his customer service and him following threw with his word. He was very nice and I forgot it was Christmas when I called. Things happen things break down. we will be going back and using there establishment just because the manager was such a great guy and had the customers back.

I had just waxed my truck, had to go to Kilgore got pretty dusty.got the top wash available for the tire shine. It didnt even get all the dust off in places,and the tire shine was only applied in spots.

Nice to have a place like this open in winter to rinse off road grime and built up dirty ice from road trips. Just wish it had a hot water option to melt the super thick ice faster, but it would probably cost more to pay for the heating than the extra time it takes to get the ice off so it's all good️

Horrible just horrible i had dirt markes still all over my car that i could clean with my finger winshield i could barley see out of it was caked with grim i even used the most expensive wash i use my car as a daily driver not off road or anything
