I used this company on 2 previous occasions and had excellent service. I gave them my repeat business on a 3rd occasion and the service has skydived. I picked a high quality carpet and they rang a few days later stating that it wasn't in stock but recommended another carpet that was of the same quality and colour. I put my trust in them that this would be the case as they hadn't let me down before. When I checked the finished installation an inferior cheap quality carpet had been fitted and it wasn't the colour I had asked for. The retailer also refused to issue an invoice/receipt despite promising this when the order was placed and they have not actioned any of my phone calls or letters regarding this. I will be choosing another retailer for my next carpet installation.

Been to these guys a few times and they have never let us down. Just done our front room and they have sorted us out with a great price and even helped with a bit extra. Very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
