If you are looking for a loving and educating location to enroll your child, this is definitely it ! I have experience such warmth and sincere professionalism from the entire staff. Each child Is view as an individual and not just a number. The staff not only knows each child, but takes great pride in knowing the families as well. Questions and advice can always be asked of the staff, without being made to feel inadequate in any way. Security and safety awareness is high on the staff’s priority list, which I witnessed on my first visit. There is a security door that protects the children and staff in which you must be given access before entering. I honestly love this. It provides peace of mind for me. Thank you to the entire staff for caring for my little one the way that you do ! Job Well Done !

We have been so pleased with our daughter’s speech therapist Yoli R. She has been so patient working with our daughter and we have seen great progress in her vocabulary, enunciation, and speech in general! Yoli always has fun activities and different materials that she sends home with us at every session. She is always willing to change things up and try whatever will most benefit our daughter’s learning style! Would definitely recommend her for your speech therapy needs!

I have literally seen miracles happen with several children. We never thought they would thrive, and miraculously they’ve excelled and got over every hurdle that the doctor said they would never Meet. My hat goes off to everyone that works at this facility. All of the therapist are excellent and they really love the kids. There is speech therapy occupational therapy and soon physical therapy.

We had an amazing experience with Right Steps. The staff took time to build a relationship with my son and always provided a fun and supportive environment. His progress was amazing! I would highly recommend Right Steps.

If your child doesn’t fit neatly into a category, don’t expect any success or even to be heard. Gale did nothing but disregard what we said and then used buzzwords and phrases related to autism in a pathetically thinly-veiled attempted to give herself an easy out. I have no kind words to say about her or the way she does things. All in all an unmitigated waste of fuel and time. As an edit to what I’ve written here, I feel it’s also worth mentioning the fact that the person seeing us was so clueless and careless that the very first thing she did was hip-check my son face first into a wooden chair, causing him to bleed from his mouth. It speaks volumes, really.

Jenna is a very well educated and kind Speech Therapist. My son was not speaking two to three words when Jenna started working with him. Now she has been here for over a month and my son’s vocabulary has expanded tremendously. She is so patient and caring with my son. I’m so happy we have Jenna for a speech therapist.

On 1st visit therapist Kirby texted myself (by mistake)during her session with MY daughter verbatim "This kid is horrible!".... She tried to say she was referring to another child and did not mean to send the text to me... Then cancel services for missed appointments because she went to my childs school for therapy when I clearly told her that I'd let her know when my child would start the after school program. Although my child was not in after school and I'd never told her she would start that week, the afterschool program was cancelled anyway due to the water pipeline burst. VERY DISAPPOINTES in the service we received
