I love the fact they know my Dogs name over and above mine which is amazing! They honestly just want to help your pet as the first priority. Due to covid the guys come out in the rain to meet you at the car to collect your overweight bundle of Ginger joy from the back of the car once they have stood in the rain to understand the reason for your visit. They take your world into the surgery, treat with love n care and bring back to you happy. will never go anywhere else.

I have 4 pets registered, however they havent visited the vets for a long time. But i have always had wonderful customer service over the phone. And advice via phone call from the vet themself due to these covid times to reduce contact were possible. I cannot fault the service i recieved.
I’ve been to the surgery a few times with my dog now, just yesterday she had an operation on her leg and the care and service from the staff is amazing every time- Even after a second operation now she’s still happy to be there and see the staff!
A huge thank you to Pedro and Sue for looking after and caring for Diesel for us throughout his illness. We managed to extend his life for a further 12 months with your tremendous help. Thank you all once again, Cathy and Justin
Always caring and attentive service. They take time to listen and understand each individual animal. My dogs are always happy to visit. Cannot recommend too highly. Would not go anywhere else!
