They gave us a rotavirus vaccine but didn't tell us we should keep it in the fridge. The baby reacted badly as a result, but luckily no serious problem. I'm sure that information was on the box somewhere but we didn't think to read it, because the vaccine is administered by a doctor, we just brought it there a week after picking it up from the pharmacy. They should have given us this very basic and extremely important information when it was purchased.

I should first note that I normally have a very good experience at this pharmacy where I have been a regular and frequent customer for the past year. I was very recently met with an aggressiveness and rudeness of tone in my last visit to this pharmacy that I have never encountered before in any customer service situation: in response to my request to exchange a dry shampoo that I had not used and had only bought three days prior and which neither I nor the woman who sold it to me realized was specified for brunettes and not blondes, a male employee almost immediately raised his voice at me; walked away from me mid-sentence; and very rudely shoved the difference of the exchange into my hand before sarcastically wishing me a good day. I regret to say that I will no longer be patronizing this pharmacy, if only because I believe in the principle of good customer service.

Grausamer Service. Wollte bestimmte Medikamente kaufen, die die Apotheke nicht hatte (ist ja okay). Der Hauptapotheker hat mich vollgelabert und am Ende musste ich für eine Beratung zahlen, obwohl ich danach nicht gefragt habe, seine Meinung mich überhaupt nicht interessierte und ich wurde vorher überhaupt nicht darüber informiert, dass sein Erzählen eine kostenpflichtige Beratung ist. Peinlich!
