I found David on his website. When you need some legal advice an help you definitely need a person like him to advise what's best for you and guide you through legal terms, giving you clarity on steps and actions you should take. Over the years I was dealing with various legal issues, but found David to be the best one so far, I can't recommend him enough. What can I say. David is supportive, understanding, proactive and looks for solutions you may never have considered. He has considerable experience in law and importantly in life too which meant I was employing a person not, a company. I was working with David. My own situation was horrible. I was surprised he was prepared to become involved but, he did. Without David, I'm not sure if I could have made it to the end but, the support, and humour, we shared gave me the strength to continue to the conclusion. Although he worked on other cases during this, I always felt mine was the most important, something I'm sure is shared by other clients. A question some would ask is \would you use David again?\ the question should be \would I use any other?\ The answer to that is I will never contact a \solicitor\ without contacting David first, about anything concerning the Law or simply life's advice.

I have had dealings with David at Atheneys Law for over Two years now and have found him to be one of the most helpful person to deal with. After a bereavement we needed help in obtaining probate due to the bank where the will had been kept lost all the paperwork and will. David was able to arrange this for us even though we had no will. He also arranged for us to charge the bank for the added expense for getting a new will sorted so we could get all the necessary probate documents, it took some time, but with David’s determination they agreed to pay for all the problems they had caused. This we would never been able to do by ourselves. David kept us informed at all stages and we felt assured of progress. During this time David helped us to arrange lasting power of attorney, which if it had been left to us we would never had been able to deal with all the paperwork. All I can say is David has helped us and can be recommended for his honesty, helpfulness, and being able to put our minds at ease at a time of stress.
