They don't answer the phone, gave wrong advice about the paint I needed and ended up purchasing twice, paint they recommend was extremely patchy after 3 coats. Would not listen when I complained. Shut at weekends. Staff rude and surly. Will order directly with the paint company from now on, as much cheaper.
