The experience was great from the time I walked in with my little one for our appointment for her jab. The team from the receptionist to the nurse and doctors are friendly and they took time to make my little one comfortable. The team at reception even recommended cheaper place for us to get the necessary prescription. It shows how much they cared! Would definitely recommend them and go back again.

I love this Center, receptionist and all GPs are very friendly and professional. The face-to-face consultation is good experience, during COVID, they provide telephone call or video call consultation, which is very flexible and convenient. One time, I have urgent request for my baby but all available spots for Dr. Alex had been booked out. The lovely receptionist and friendly Dr.Alex made their effort to make an extra booking for me, very appreciated their help and will continuely support and recommend this Center to all my friends :D

I live in central Melbourne but travel to this clinic because of the quality of care. I followed Dr Wadegaonkar from his former position at an inner city clinic. What I found was that it is easy to get to (just off the M3) and has ample free parking. The most amazing thing beyond all that, is that the clinic runs on time. If you book a time, it is when your appointment happens. Best medical clinic I have ever used, and most importantly, the highest quality of care.

All went well with Reception being very polite and friendly, really nice. I was met by a female doctor and she too was very polite. At first a little confused about me being the father (initially thought I was the grandfather as I am in my mid 60’s) however no issue there as one doesn’t always meet a new dad to be in my age group. A male doctor then had to confer with the female regarding my reason for the appointment and he too was surprised that I was the father to be. Three times he mentioned “she is your wife” (he has not met my wife though) three times I said “yes” he then said, “how old is she” by now I had enough of the conversation and I politely said , “that’s nothing to do with you, not relevant” the doctor apologised and promptly left the room. So my very first time today and given we all make mistakes and say things we regret I will go back.
