Very professional and responsive in helping me understand the Rio market and ultimately finding my dream home. Every question I had was researched and answered with enthusiasm. Brazil is a paradise but..... a super bureaucratic country. It's almost impossible to do it alone. Where in rio is the best agency for foreigners. I bought an apartment with them! I also rented a short term during the process... And Seraphin was just perfect and very patient. I surely recommend.
