Abysmal. I have a catalogue of contradictory correspondence dating from March 2012 when it became apparent Derbyshire Constabulary had no intention of complying with a civil court order. Nor did they have any intention of doing anything other than discriminate against a Litigant in Person in favor of his opponents legal rep. Since November 2008 Derbyshire Constabulary have collaborated in Probate Fraud against the son of a deceased man for no reason other than Derbyshire Constabulary having no understanding of Caveats and basic corruption. Since 2014 Derbyshire Constabulary have also collaborated the on line harassment of the son of the deceased man and his partner. More recently Derbyshire Constabulary also created a fraudulent instrument, purporting it to be a statement the son of the deceased had made. They currently retain significant allegations yet to be disclosed and no doubt further Fraudulent Instruments. Individual Officers are being named and shamed on the following fb pages - Derbyshire Police Farce and Corrupt Cop Watch -Derbyshire.
