Cell and wifi are great but TV is way behind companies like Shaw and now I am stuck with it for 6 months. Would think there would be a trial period but i asked and they said no i am locked in for 6 months. I will be going back to satellite as soon as I can get out of this. Same price and way better pvr and i I can watch on internet when i am working out of town.
Tv is way behind. You will see a new episode, over a month later. You have to buy netflix for lack of tv service and the internet is too slow can't even watch that. You call tech support and they say because you used it , it is slow. Even tech support said his hurontel internet is supposed to be 100 mg but only getting 50!! If you comment negative on fb page it gets deleted. Waiting for rogers or anything to come here!!!! Will switch immediately. Advertises fiber television but is no fibre going to your home. On demand is pathetic as well. Be lucky if you get something from the 90s to watch! Pvr is supposed to record 3 shows but only get 2. They say oh thats weird but can't help you with it.
Called technical support at 9.30am problem solved within the hour. Excellent service, well done, will recommend Hurontel to anybody who wants 1st class service.
