AMAZING customer service, from the manager to the in store reps, and delivery men. They were SUPER polite and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone leery to a previous experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks for making it easy

Well first when I get the washer and dryer they hook the washer up with old hoses that won't seal and let it leak. Now it's been 2 weeks since they came and got the set back o get a call and rude at that saying you gonna pay like what the hell are you calling me for. don't call acting like your some tuff guy trying to shake me down because you can't read. Anyone who thinks about going to rent a center don't let's this place fail. They don't deserve anyone's business

Ok The Rent A Center in Ripley WV, isn’t that great, when we got our couch, We said we didn’t want to risk getting leather because we have cats and animals and there claws will poke holes in the leather, Karen said oh no it is really strong leather, and the material is hard to stain, because that was a concern because my husband is a full time mechanic, and of course it stained, The same day it was brought to our house, its a 2-piece sectional and the hook that holds it together broke, and our cook stove side panel pins broke holding the panel on asked the manager to order them 2 months ago and she didn’t order the stuff didn’t send anyone to fix itz we were paying 186.63 A WEEK THERE, HOWEVER We switched to Aarons and got a couch and love seat set, a cook stove and 2 Childrens Real Tree Camouflaged Recliners and we only pay around 160 A MONTH AND THAT IS ON ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW STUFF! To me after checking around I FIND Aarons is way more affordable Considering our couch was used and we had to pay that much a week??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER!!! And from the looks of it not many do!!!

( WARNING) They are liars they say they will bring your stuff , but expect that to be 3 days later after the agreement was made when they will deliver it. After a few weeks I called and asked them to pick up the stuff I no longer want they lied said they would and won't 2 days waiting now. I'm actually on the phone with coprorate as I write this review. . That place is a joke .. the manager and assistance Manger lies way to much.
