One of the scariest houses I've walked through. At the time, there were only 4 of us walking it together and nobody else around so we were able to soak in the entire experience at our own pace. Absolutely brilliant The only suggestion I could make is perhaps include some sort of soft glowing lights sporadically to help find the direction we should walk. There were a couple moments we were completely lost in the dark, which one could argue adds to the intensity of the scare but at some point it would be better to proceed with the scares than fumbled around and accidentally run face first into a wall or your friend. Very nice people by the way.

A bit lack luster as there were no actors. Very dark! Overall fun but it goes very fast.
My advice...skip it. I love haunted houses because my partner screams at the least little thing. We encountered one actor at the beginning, and he was the only one there. We walked through the hallways with malfunctioning animatronics, and bad lighting. When we reached the end at the elevator the original actor told us good luck on the next two levels. I was relieved that we had not just wasted the money on that experience, little did I know it was just him offering the only moment of “scare” they could. We got on the elevator and it was over. There were no other levels. For a company to charge so much for its attractions they should be ashamed. It was the most boring 12 minutes I’ve experienced in a while. There are no scares.
We couldn't get pictures of the inside, but it was an ok experience. The line on Halloween night was down the street. It wasn't as scary because of the limited contact rule, but quite a few people came out in tears.
This was my first haunted house visit and I and a friend of mine went in with 4 kids. It was not a great idea because the younger ones got scared but that’s the whole point of going into a haunted house so no complaints about it. However one thing to share is that the setup is more like an operation theater being operated by crazies with lots of open body parts so be ready for that. Their light drum and walk in the dark was fun though.
