We were caravanning at Knarsborough and I’ve always used Madeira threads and stabiliser as they are first class. I have also been on two of their embroidery courses which were impressive with lots of hints and tips. I couldn’t praise their customers service enough. However, when we visited the company there was on shop to look around which was a massive disappointment . I would have loved to have seen an open store providing the history of Madeira and some bargains to buy. I’ll put it on my wish list and maybe one day it’ll happen...
