Very nice view from up here. A little rough getting up to it, high clearance vehicle for sure. Looks like it would be a good place to party if you wanted too. Lookout is dangerous though, stay off it!!

Great jeep trails. Was a little hard to navigate the first time around but overall great experience. Did the whole fire trail in a stock wrangler. Definitely need 4x4.

Do not attempt if you never been off roading or it has rained. 4x4 is a must. I went up in a 2002 avalanche z721 no problem but it is factory locked all 4 tires with all-terrains never slipped but it is dry.

Absolutely a wonderful view on a clear day! One of my favorite places to visit when I am in the area. It would get 5 stars if folks would just be kind enough to pack out their trash and leave their paint spray cans at home.

The views from the fire tower are great, but the road is super rough on vehicles, be careful traveling in it.

It's a pretty spot with great views, however those with hopes of climbing the tower should be aware that the bottom two flights of stairs are missing and some slightly dangerous climbing is needed. We went in November when the metal that you'd need to climb up was covered in a thin layer of ice, so if you want to come in the winter make sure you bring gloves. The drive up was great too.

Nice drive, definitely need a 4x4. Or the will to hike a few miles.

One of the most beautiful views in giles co. Would be really nice if people wouldn't abuse the land.
