Friday the 23rd I went to Erie rise on peach street and had the chance to be greeted by Staff member Name: Rainey, she was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first time there as a new patient & I didn’t feel like it. She made me feel super comfortable, relaxed the entire time I was there, I truly can say this will not be my last visit!! Staff Rainey keep up the good work!! GREAT environment at the Erie Rise.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are kind and take their time answering all questions. Even when they are busy, I don't feel rushed.
Great service from front desk to cashiers. Spacious environment which is convenient in these times we are in. The layout allows people to see how long of a wait it will be, if there is one. The location is ideal. Say you're meeting your possible in laws for the first time and got the hee bee gee bees. You remember you got the license for the devils lettuce. You go down to RISE and can either roll up a fatty of flower, take a drag of a cartridge, or even better buy some tinctures and see how the in laws feel when their a little more loose than normal. In an hour your mother in law to be is 2 long islands down and eating every roll possible at Texas Roadhouse. Moral of the story, RISE you are amazing and keep the greenery coming

This might be long so a real quick shout out to John, Doug, and Izzie. Love when I get any of these guys! Have honestly been very impressed with this new location! The extra space makes everything feel much less claustrophobic and actually opens up the opportunity to talk to your PCS a little more without the hustle and bustle stress of the West 8th store. This has actually led to getting some...well...life changing advice beyond cannabis. To give an example, I whined about work a little as my PCS got my meds prepared one week and after i rationalized by bringing up the money, she pointed to my 400/week supply and showed me where it was going! A few staff members joined in the conversation and encouraged me to just find a new job and offered some decent ideas...within 2 weeks I had a brand new job with double the rate! I also definitely need to highlight an experience I had yesterday though. I've come to know Doug knows the products well and even though we seem to use them a little differently, he just seems to intuitively know what I'm aiming for. I decided to do something I NEVER do because of how picky I am, but I needed a cart for bed and rarely use them so I was ready for a recommendation for the first time ever. Asked Doug, he pointed me towards a brand I normally avoid, but to my surprise...the cannabinoids and terps on the cart he grabbed for me to look at were perfect for what I needed without me sitting and looking thru over 100 of them myself. Very impressive! Will definitely start asking for more recommendations! All in all, I just want to say how impressed I am that they are staffed with not just cannabis enthusiasts, but lovely people that really want to see you have a better life, even apart from the products! Thanks to the staff that all encouraged me to look for a another job when they saw the current one was killing me!
They couldn't have been nicer. They helped me pick things that would help me and explained how. The girl was new but I would have never known if she didn't tell me.
