I’ve bumped my review down to 4 stars because they regularly charge 5-10 more than every other dispensary in Philly. Brand new location for RiSE, opened yesterday. I hadn’t been to any of their locations before, this one was nice. The interior is pretty, with a nice wood floor. It’s your run of the mill dispensary, they have a rewards system for 5 off every 100. No new patient discount, or at least I didn’t get one. The staff was helpful and made sure I received the correct products. Very good selection of dry flower for now, it won’t last once people discover they’re open, but for now it probably has the best flower selection of any store in Philly.

Great selection. Super informative and friendly staff on which medicine to fit your needs. Cool and inviting vibe. Very clean and safe feel. all covid precautions taken.

I’ve been to probably every weed store in and around my home and I can say that Rise KOP is the five star store of all stores. In all areas, customer service, available stock, etc etc... This is defiantly my “go to” for all things “weed” (and I drive 40 minutes to get to this store and It’s worth it FIVE STAR WEED STORE !!!!!

Lately I have had complications with different products. Due to new regulations we cannot do returns directly to the dispensary and must contact the processor ourselves. Rise has assisted me in these times even tho they aren't really supposed to. Rise has helped me several times with these problems as well as provided an outstanding environment. The employees in store are fantastic and always provide great support and resources. Now if only we can fix the call center.

I love this place. The budtenders are fantastic and knowledgeable! I always leave with a new nugget of knowledge regarding this wonderful medication! Shout out to Chris, Cameron, Rodney, and a tall fella with a fantastic 'fro! I tend to talk their ears off, but it's only because I am so passionate about medical marijuana! Had it not been for the staff at Rise, I wouldn't really know much about terps. A nice young lady with long brown hair said I should try to focus on the terps, rather than the strain! I am so glad she told me that!! She also recommended a great Sativa strain (I am an anxiety and restless leg sufferer and was afraid of Sativa) that I thoroughly enjoy (at my boyfriends home, when I am not working). People have complained about pricing here, but I want to go where there's a great rewards system and you get quality product and information from the staff. Don't believe me? GO! Find out for yourself!

I’ve been going to Rise- KOP- since they opened. I had tried other places first but I feel Rise is the best. The place is incredibly clean and they are always sanitizing. They usually have a great inventory with plenty of items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and can make great recommendations to help you. I’ve worked with Jill and Leah and Chris and their knowledge and expertise are second to none. You should try this place and see for yourself!!
