You will NEVER be disrespected here regardless of your Age, level of disabilityetc or product knowledge!!! I continue to be impressed with Rise. You can arrange for someone else to help you, but no one At Rise will repeatedly suggest that you arrange For someone else to pick up your order because Of disability. IT WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE MAN KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. I'M 62 YEARS OLD AND THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND RELAXED. I HAVE BEEN ON OPIATES FOR 6 YEARS AND HIGH DOSE OF MORPHINE AND PERCOCET. I'M FINALLY GETTING OFF MY OPIATES. LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I LOVE IT.

While I enjoy Rise, I try to avoid going to this particular location unless they have something I want that is only available there. I am not a fan of the insanely limited parking lot that becomes dangerous if other drivers aren't paying attention (which happens often). If the parking lot is full, the patients have to park in the next parking lot over. This can be difficult for those who have mobility issues. It is also extremely unpleasant to wait for long periods of time in the parking lot during the summer seasons because that asphalt becomes almost as hot as the sun. I have also had more friendly interactions with the staff members at the Detroit location. While I enjoy Rise and their typically good selection of products, I really dislike going to this location. I will stick with my favorite Detroit location as much as I possibly can.

My first time there Dave took care of me listen to my questions and had answers made me feel welcomed and very knowledgeable Rise was wonderful even to the security guard was very kind and had a lovely talk while I waited to go in

Very friendly, very helpful and fantastically accepting of LGBT people, same as the downtown cleveland location. I do wish there was a wider selection but mostly because this one is easier for me to get to. Bit confusing to get in the first time. Neither of those are enough to lower my rating from 5 stars though!

Why are Rise Employees so NICE?! I mean I love that, who wouldn’t? But seriously everyone, these people who work here are the best. Super welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and actual real personalities. They aren’t pretend customer service generic happy. They seem to be genuinely themselves and care. I just got my card and had no clue what I was looking at or anything. So don’t be shy if you are new! I will probably only go to this dispensary because I like it. I like the people the best, but the products are amazing also. I’ve worked specifically with Annie and today I don’t know his name, I’m going to find out, but he was at Register 1 around 4:15(Rise, if you are reading this please tell that guy he’s great). Love these people, and there is a parking lot off street too so I like that too.
