The staff are amazing, nice, and super helpful. They helped answer ANY of my questions, and they all know I talk a lot lol so I love going and seeing my "RISE FRIENDS". They brighten my day and are so sweet. Product has never been messed up, always received what I asked for, and they handled the covid crisis to make sure we could still get our medicine. And I appreciate everyone there ️
Super friendly staff! The registration was fast and easy! Average pricing compared to other dispensaries. The product that was purchased was really good!!

Good stuffs, friendly folks. I think Rise as a company loses points for changing the point system. But the service at this location is fast, friendly and accurate.

I've had multiple experiences with them giving me the wrong product that I order. I received a text 2 hours before closing saying they would be closed tomorrow. As soon as I got the text I called to get in because online wouldn't let me schedule. They said I would be able to go in, just wait til they call me back. Never got a call back. So they lie to their patients, which doesn't surprise me. Staff are not knowledgeable at all about the products being sold. Worse service ever!!!
