We have a sofa and a bed that we purchased from them. We had problems with the order and supply but after several conversations the problems were fixed.
Purchased a bed with a mattress. The delivery men accidently tore our mattress and it has two holes in it. I accepted the delivery, and contacted the company the next morning, because it was delivered in the evening, after customer support already stopped working. They got back to us three weeks later. I told customer support the entire truth, but all I got back were aggressive tones and lies such as that I didn't contact them the next day, which I did and I have proof. Absurd. I even got threatened! That it's illegal to \shame\ companies online in Israel. Well let me just post this here, and please TRY to sue me. Very rude indeed. PS. Customer support promised to call me back and they didn't. Figures.

Bought a writing table with lockers as a gift. It was written that it will arrive in 21 business days. After a month they call me to tell that the table is coming the day after. The day after the same person called to say that the driver is ready to drive, but the table is not in stock. Seriously?! I've waited for a month and now when the driver should deliver, it is not in stock?! and when you called me the day before, where the table was? So they left me 3 choices: pick something else from the site (there was nothing like it with the lockers as I needed the precise size), wait another month or cancel. Needless to say that I cancelled. Don't buy there.
I run a short term rentals business in Tel Aviv. Started off with buying 1 folding sofa from Home Decor, and after getting good feedback on it from guests, I ended up buying 20 others from them. Home Decor's team is patient, reliable and easy going, they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and one of their team's mates (Sigal) even made sure I could send a payment to her after personally after work hours so I can get an urgent delivery I had. Their prices are very low comparing to others, even comparing to IKEA, and the quality is great as well. I totally recommend them.
I had a horrible experience with הום דקור רהיטים in terms of their service. I have ordered bed and matress from them with the delivery. First a very abnoxious woman call me to set up date for delivery. But it actually wasnt even an option! she gave me ONE!! inconvenient time and on every my question whether there is other option to change time or day or week, or to do at least something she was just saying o\ without even checking and said \that s what it is\, kinda take it or leave it! The whole tone of conversation was like if i owe her my life. So I HAD TO take half day off work, cause they supposed to deliver on Wednesday fron 2-6. Then on the day of delivery a delivery guy called at 12 30! ultimatively stating that he will be at my place at 1! On my argument that we agreed at 2, he was not very polite and was pushing me to come earlier, because i quote: \they have already finished their deliveries\!!! after arguing he said that he will bring me bed on SUNDAY!!! in the morning!! Like if i have nothing esle to do then making arragements and taking days off because they dont wanna commit to their job. i was shoked and then he kinda made me a favor stating that he will bring me bed today but i have to be at 2 sharp! at home!!! when do people who are doing services they were paid for put ultimatums??? the delivery guy was rude when came, called me \hutspanit\ and only after i noticed that they left some boxes after them on my staircase, preventing my neighbours to went out of their appartmnt. That is just unbelievable and rediculous how horrible can be service you paid for. If you want to be satidfied with purchase and services and not having whole day ruined by people talking to you like an empty spot - save your time and pay for someone else;s services,
