Can someone maybe please explain how to sue these guys? most horrible unprofessional service ever. Delivery person won't even try to contact. Package stuck there for 2 weeks now. If there is anyway for you to avoid this company please do so!

If I could give less than one star I would do so. They sent me two emails telling me that my package is "ready for pickup" at the pickup point and they gave a reference number. I sent someone to pick the package up,, but the pickup place could not identify the package by the reference number given. I did not get the package AND HAD TO PAY ANYWAY FOR SENDING THE MESSENGER TO PICK IT UP. After wasting 30 minutes reaching them by phone the girl whoanswered was evasive and highly unprofessional. IT IS A HIGHLY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I SUGGEST THAT STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
Yesterday I received a message from BAR that the package is in the Imadama store (Petah Tikva, Ein Ganim 96). I specifically missed 1 day after receiving the SMS, because once I was not given a parcel on the day I received the SMS. But the seller still refused to look for and give out the package, although the store was empty, not a single buyer. He said come tomorrow and please complain.
This is one of the most disgusting customer experiences I have ever endured in my life. This company for some reason unknown to me is able to hijack random packages I order from online retail and instead of them peacefully landing to my post office, I receive a notification that my package was basically stolen by these people and is being delivered to some delivery point, which is usually in a location I have no business being in whatsoever. I complained twice for such experience to Amazon about packages with over 300 usd, but I don't expect Amazon to act upon it unfortunately because it's a local issue. Disgusting, simply disgusting.
Worst delivery company ever. They know and they dont care. Expect lines like 'not my problem' from service reps and delivery guy.
Now i understand why they have such a the negative reviews. i ordered a book from Amazon, the courier called me once but at the same time he called unfortunately i was taking a shower so they return it to amazon back! What about calling again in the next 10 Minutes, Next Hour or even next Day? it seems that they don't want you to get the package...maybe it's because than you will order it again and they will doubled their commission? Amazon should be aware how this company works...
Bad service, Amazon shares more information about a local company while the company super slow, representative says that packages arrive in a specific date while that's not true. They hold the package in the same place for more then few days, that's even worse!
3 times I had my goods delivered with them, never a problem. Continue like this :)
