Service was good. What was so disappointing was that if you don't have a bowling alley they won't even take your order of food. Had my kids playing in the arcade area hungry asking for food and we weren't even able to get no type of food, the lady denied our service. But lesson learned will never come back here and if we do I'll make sure we eat before even stepping foot in here!

We're we're so happy to take our little granddaughters there. They had a blast!! The put the bumpers up and then they also gave us a rack for them to bowl easier. We will go back for sure!
Customer service was definitely good nice clean place and good prices for sure. But only issue is that there is a lot! Of loitering and nobody says anything there needs to be security or something just my opinion it would be a nicer environment that's for sure!
Bad service. Told me the wait was 1 hour. Bought food and drinks with my date. Asked after 1 hr and 30 min. Was told the wait was 81 more minutes. One of the arcade machines ate my money. Ended up waiting 2 full hours and wasting 60 and never ended up bowling. Just be HONEST about wait times. Don’t lie to coerce people into staying and spending money. 60 for 1 pitcher of beer, a couple of cheap games, fries and pretzels is expensive as hell. Complete waste of money
Pretty good location. Could work slightly on their customer service from time to time. I'm in a bowling league here and overall with all the people in the league there are mixed reviews on people that enjoy this place and people that don't.... keep comming back though week after week so guess its not that bad. They just changed their Sunday special 3.09 a game from starting at 6:00 P.M to starting at 8:00 P.M and in my opinion they should have kept it starting at 6:00 P.M
