As of Feb 2021, they are finally allowing spectators in the building for hockey games.

I work here, so of course I love it; but in all honesty, of the many rinks I've been to, this is by far my favorite and exceedingly the cleanest. Be prepared for cold, especially when it's -20 outside. If you're not moving, you can feel free to spectate from the windowed lobby ( although I think they have recently added heating to the bleachers). Also, it's somehow remained a hidden gem. People do not realize that some events and classes are open to the public, which keeps a close knit community.
