Service was pleasant! Start to end they were courteous and technician was knowledgeable with the issue of my dryer not heating up. My GE dryer was fixed in just an hour with some advices from the tech. The total amount was reasonable.

Do not use this place. The guy that came out was at my house for 15 minutes and charged 250 to replace the thermostat on my dryer. They lied about applying the diagnostic fee to the total price.

Just today they did a home service for my busted Roper electric dryer. Your tech was nice and professional and I can see that he clearly knows what he was doing. After he fixed it we used it right away and lo and behold it is working fine like new. I will have this company for keeps. I will recommend!
