This car wash is the best on the East End!!! Usually perfectly clean car...but the one time there was a small problem they went above and beyond to clean it to perfection. CUTE GIFT SHOP TOO!!
I got the Platinum option and they did a great job. It’s a popular place so it took awhile but really worth it and the monthly subscription is a good deal.

Went for an exterior only wash with tire shine. Only 3 cars in entire car wash. My car kept being stopped in wash process that no brushes ever agitated surface and rinse did not trigger. Car came out covered in soap and dirty. Staff wiped soap down leaving bad film. Dirt still all over car. Worker waved me over and had still not done tire shine. He argued that it was not part of wash and then looked at receipt. He begrudgingly did a lousy job on wheels and tires. WORST CAR WASH EVER. What a waste of 21 dollars. Spoke to manager who said that his machine needed new parts and then it would get better next time. DID NOT OFFER TO RUN IT THROUGH AGAIN. Horrible management too..Go anywhere else and save your money and time.
