I have been a tenant for over a year now. This center is an awesome place to rent. The management staff of Tawny and Patty are great! They will greet and direct your clients as they enter the fourth floor lobby. Everything a small business needs is right here on one floor. Nice state of the art conference rooms, a large community kitchen complete with coffee, tea and a vending machine for light snacks. Daily office cleaning keeps each suite looking sharp. There is over 200 parking spaces available in the parking lot. Tawny and Patty are also available if you need addional office services. Whether you are using a virtual or physical office, this place is hard to beat! I highly recommend this centrally located floor of office suites.

I've had a great experience here. I've been a tenant for several years now, and have, literally, no complaints. The staff is great, helpful, and always happy. Both Patricia, and Tania are GREAT to work with, very professional, courteous, and helpful - I couldn't ask for better. The environment is nice and friendly, the building is constantly being upgraded and improved, and you cannot beat the location. Highly recommend you take a look here.

Love this place Patricia, Tania and all the tenants here are very pleasant and helpful. When Patricia and Tania are not here it feels like an empty place. Our clients feel very welcomed by the staff and they get very impressed by the image of this center. It is a beautiful and very modern place to work. I would highly recommend it to anyone. You won't find any other place like here especially with a very helpful Management team.

The executive offices are clean, modern, and affordable. The building is near the 91 freeway. I have a great view of the Riverside Plaza, palm trees, and mountains. The personnel are friendly and helpful, especially Tanya and Patricia. The kitchen area has all the amenities. My neighbors are a good mix of entrepreneurs and professionals.
