I am currently looking for a primary care physician in Wilkesboro since Blue Ridge Medical group left Wilkesboro. The woman who answered the phone was rude, and very short. She asked what medications I was currently on (none are controlled substances), told me they were not accepting any patients taking controlled substances, and hung up. It would probably be wise to make sure the office staff has a dosumented list, and knows which medications are actually controlled substances.
