We drove 3.5 hrs from Dallas to bring our 11 yr old daughter to Riverview. It was her 3rd inpatient hospitalization in 2 months. It was worth the drive. We talked to staff every day and talked to our daughter every day. The staff were amazing. They took excellent care of our daughter and put our minds at ease. I highly recommend Riverview for adolescents.

Please PLEASE do not go to Impatient here. I was in there for three months and was the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had in my life. Do not send your family,friends,kids, anyone here truly an awful place. If i could give them no stars i would.

If it had an option for 0 that's what I would put! Never send your loved ones to Riverview Behavioral health in Texarkana AR... This is by far the WORST hospital I have dealt with in the almost 11yrs my son has been going to them! Horrible horrible job... Took an x-ray of my 15yr old without my knowledge. And so much more!

I went January 13 2020 . Techs and nurses are really nice. Food wasn’t bad for it being hospital food . Made amazing friends . The whole staff was amazing and so sweet . They understood me . You just have to be able to talk which is something I couldn’t do .
