All in all i enjoy and appreciate the service we receive here. Unfortunately our last appointment soured me. We recently had the safety done on our car and brought it in for the regular maintenance, we were informed everything was good. Few days later we were informed by a lovely women at SNB that our third brake light was out. We called and were informed the LED lights are not covered, well that sucks but it is what it is. We bring the car in, they have it for almost 3 hours and then inform us they can not fix it, nor can they find the part, it isn't even in their system and that we should just call around and see if anyone might have one. How can you not find a part? For a car that isn't even 4 years old? A popular model at that! Not impressed. We are about to start shopping for a second car and i will not be coming here for it, i want somewhere that will help me out not just shrug and send me on my way.

This is my second time buying a truck at Riverview Ford. Had a great sales experience buying a new F150. Salesman Alistair Milne has been here a long time and knows all Ford models to a tee. I was impressed by his no pressure, patient personality - especially because I'm the kind of customer that asks 9999 questions. I explained what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate this.

As a result of my older Ford Escape having a major repair put me behind the wheel of a new Ford Truck! Which I have wanted for years! Very poor customer service ...they didnt even forward our case.At mean time we were approved for same budget car from another dealer...very bad 3rd class dealer
