I can’t say enough good things about this facility! I’ve been a patient here three different times now. I have had a great experience all three times. I’m currently working with Jen and she is incredible!! I’m so lucky to have Jen taken care of me… She truly cares and wants to make sure that I get better. THANK YOU!

The therapists are great and very helpful. The billing side, I cannot caution enough to get your estimations in writing before beginning any services. I ended up owing (after my insurance covered a tiny amount) still almost 3K out of pocket for 8 total sessions where I did not do much besides walk (literally). Then when I called regarding the billing they said they charge for every 15 minutes but couldn't even explain to me why some sessions were 3-4 TIMES the price of others that had the same time duration. But, they did make sure to offer that I could pay my 3K back \at zero percent interest.\ The insurance rep literally laughed when I called at how high my PT bill and also let me know that they added \hospital facility\ charges to each session even though you're not at a hospital. It is a shame that vastly overcharging for services is causing me to leave this review as one star because I really did enjoy working with the staff. There are a lot of other competing facilities in Hamilton Co. I am just kicking myself I didn't \shop\ around more than using their inaccurate online cost estimator.

Took my daughter to Riverview hospital ER 2 days ago. She has pneumonia and has been ill for over a week. Her primary physician suggested we go to the ER as she was not getting better. Her ER nurse Lindsey immediately upon entering the room seemed bothered that we were there. She didn’t introduce herself and showed no concern or compassion for my daughter. I understand they were busy but a little compassion goes a long way for a patient who is sick and a little scared. Isn’t that one of the reasons someone becomes a nurse? We have been to IU north ER hospital in the past! There is no comparison. They know what their doing!

I was seen for 2 PT visits in this out patient facility and after the 2nd visit I called billing to ask why they have not had me pay a copay yet. I was then told that they bill as though it's a hospital visit! I had called my insurance company prior to starting therapy and even with this being in network they still charged an astronomical amount! Nearly 800 for 2 visits! I could have spent less and had therapy completed in its entirety at another facility. They do not bill until one is done with therapy so I'm glad that I called before the bill got even bigger. On top of that, I told the PT that I'm pretty sure my pelvic floor is the issue. She did not listen and told me that I must have a herniated disc. She was very wrong. At my 2nd session she destroyed my back, it was in horrible pain for 4 days! I am currently receiving PT at another facility with a pelvic floor PT and it has been a wonderful experience! I am so glad I left riverview!

May the gods be kind if you are to be referred to a specialty physician from this office. The girls in the office in who are charged with this task are incompetent at best.
