I read all the reviews, I guess you can always have a bad experience. But I walked in off the street and they really did their best to fit me in. I sat for a while and watched the staff dealing with customers and they are all really lovely and very caring. The put me in for an appointment at 10am and I'm still waiting at 10.45, so I guess if you are in a mad rush I understand you might be frustrated. I've been to lots of surgerys around the place and I think the receptionist here are among the best I've seen they really care

The DR's at Riverwood Medical Centre are highly recommended, however when scheduling appointments they could allow the DR's a little breathing space as they often run overtime causing an unacceptably long wait (for me 2hrs yesterday in pain) and most other times average 45 minutes late.

Unfortunately this practice is always running seriously late. Always have to wait for over an hour after your appointment time. Complete lack of customer service.

My family and I have been visiting doctor Chen for many years. He is phenomenal in his field and above always extremely professional. Riverwood medical centre staff have always been polite and informative. When I haven’t been able to see doctor Chen I’ve seen other doctors and they are just as polite and informative. I believe that wait time isn’t something that anyone can control as it depends on the patients needs. I’ve always had a great experience and I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking medical assistance.

I would depend on them to ensure my health is up to standard. I'd wait any duration for top quality expertise.

Have been a patient for years. Doctors are very professional and approachable. Receptionists do a great job, it's often hard in Healthcare I suspect. Strongly recommend as an A practice.
