Seriously do not go to anyone else. The service I have received from this company is absolutely imeasurable. They go out of their way for you. I have had them personally come to my shop to help me troubleshoot equipment on their own time! Wilson is an absolute Asset to this company. But yet, I have not had any bad experience with any employee there. They have all been so helpful and amazing through my 4 years of welding. I'm not really sure what I would do you dealing with the other companies in the area it's such a headache and every time I go to Robert's oxygen it's an absolute pleasure, it's like family there!
Great experience! I went to Airgas to buy a 20-lb tank of CO2, mostly because of name recognition. I drove an hour up from Boca in a thunderstorm because it was an urgent need. The ninnies at Airgas said they couldn’t sell any tanks because it was lightning out. Excuse me, what? It’s CO2, it’s not gonna explode. It’s not my problem that you keep all your tanks out in the open. Thinking I’d wasted half my day, I got on Google and found Roberts Oxygen right around the corner. Their very friendly and helpful staff had me out the door with a fresh CO2 tank in 5 minutes, rain or no rain. Since I bought the tank, they even took the time to pick out a nice, relatively new one. Oh, and they beat Airgas on price too. From now on, Roberts has my business. I suggest you check them out before going to the other guys. You’ll be glad you did!
