We come to the area at least once a year and I enjoy stopping in this shop. Chris, the owner, is very helpful and will walk you through the store picking out everything that you need. I'm new to saltwater fishing so he asked about my budget and then picked out the best rod and reels for the money. He also helped me gather all the tackle and bait that I would need for the area where I was fishing. I definitely recommend this as an essential stop for your fishing needs.

Nice shop. Needs to update store hours. Doesn't open at 5 am on saturdays. Waited from 5 am until 6am for store operators to show up.

Been comming to them since they sold rods out of their garage down the street but I bought a Penn 50vsw 2 speed reel and garritt was spooling it carelessly and gouged the reel with the line when it rubbed the reel and burned into the plastic of my new reel even chewed up the handle of my reel when he didn't lock down the handle grip... after years of business needless to say I'll be shopping online for now on.
