Mitsubishi motors should really concentrate on after sales service. Here the staff does not know English and are not trained to understand the requirements. As such they are good people but language barrier is definitely having an impact on the sales. Also, the spare parts are not readily available. You need to order and wait for days. This indirectly increases our labour cost.

I liked a car but every time I come to do a test drive they say only from 9 till 5 pm! Week days! but I can’t coz I’m at work & the only time is after 5 pm! No welcome attitude! And nobody really cares about the customers in the showroom! What’s up with that!!!
Very poor environment.basically no service at all. All lady staff, very lazy, they make no effort to even open the car for you to have a look..promoting locals is a good idea but they need to be equally competent if not better than the expats. Highly avoidable showroom so please don't waste your time..as it is the same with expats or local clientele. Very big showroom all staff just sitting with their phones and not bothered about any thing around them..its a absolute dead place

Too crowded and you will lose your time.. Service for one car takes 3 hours... Better to visit speed maintenance center in Omar bin Khatab street
I Love Mitsubishi Cars this dealership have wonderful staff. Don’t mistake it for the Maintenance great staff, but they have bad service. It takes too long to do the main services.
Even after checking my car registration. Still gave me wrong brakes. Had to come back and change. Vehicle service here is possibly the slowest in Riyadh. Huge gaps open for improvement.
