This is one of the best gyms in the region, especially for those who are interested in CrossFit, Boxing, Kickboxing....etc. I highly recommend people to check it out and not be afraid to try something new and challenging. The gym is designed to be more of a team spirit group exercise rather than just a bunch of machines laid out in a line. This means that the coaches are also professional and know what they're talking about and provide more focus and passion in people's training. Trust me when I say this as someone who has struggled with fitness and weight loss most of my life. It's different when you're with a group.

The best trainers. Love the bootcamp classes. The facility and equipment are nice, but I can’t give 5-stars to a gym that I have to wait in line to take a shower or use a changing room. Also, there is only one small mirror in the crowded locker room.
