One of the best private hospitals in Riyadh. Great staff and excellent service. Lab services are super fast. Some doctors are better than other, so do your research before booking an appointment with a doctor. The pharmacy is huge and crowded at times, however the service is fast. You can have your prescribed medicine delivered to your home. They have an amazing mobile application where you can see everything through and contact the doctors. Overall, it’s my go to hospital for almost everything.

They delay you for long time, even when you come before your appointment. It needs more coffee area for the long waiting!! Costa is not enough.

Very fancy hospital, I like the doctor and nurses. I wish they have better receptionists. The receptionists don't know how to work. They made many mistakes on my personal information, it caused me hard time to reimburse to my insurance. Also, they are taking forever to check you in. I wish they can hire more professional people.

Their caring in serving patient’s in the emergency is poor. They are always busy even if they don’t have that much patients obviously there is no management administrate the medical staff if there is less than one star they deserve it

They always accept having more than their capacity. A big different between this branch and Rayan branch (no quality assurance on the services). Be aware that you will wait more than your plan and no customer service. The only response you have WAIT

It’s more like a 5 stars hotel than a hospital, well organized and clean, parking available, Mobile Application is the best. Nurses excellent, pharmacy excellent (but crowded), administration very good. Unfortunately, doctors staff level is medium! Moreover, it became crowded more than public hospitals, and for sure it is the most expensive hospital in KSA.

Most doctors are one of the best in Riyadh but the management lacks customer care skills. The receptionists feel comfortable being rude and least bothered about going the extra mile to help you since they can easily hide their identities behind the veil. The administration will help you if they’re having a good day otherwise good luck trying to explain your issue. The insurance is a mess. If it weren’t for the doctors and nurses, this hospital wouldn’t be a treatment destination for me.
