Bad timing shows no respect to there patients’ their excuse is there are a lot of patients. If you can’t handle too much patients at the same time then organize your appointments and do not be greedy people will come if you managed ur whole system. PEOPLE HAS WORK TO DO. I have booked my appointment five weeks ago and they didn’t stick with it I have been waiting for an hour more to see the doctor, and they keep staling me. When the doctor finally shows up she kept moving around patients and make their time waste again and again. Even though, they did not apologize they said thats how we work really ?? Highly Unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend for who has pride and self-esteem. Very disappointment. ازدحام وتكديس بالمواعيد وعدم الألتزام وتقدير اوقات مرضاهم ورغم ذالك لم يعتذروا للفوضى. اذا مواعيدكم بالاشهر ،لماذا تكديس المواعيد طمعاً بالمال ؟ ماهو هدفكم ان تخدموا مرضاكم على اكمل وجه ؟ او على الاقل تقديراً على الانتظار الطويل تعاملونهم معاملة تليق بهم؟ تكديس بالمواعيد لدرجة انه الدكتورة تخدم اكثر من مريض في الآن الواحد حتى لا تستطيع انا تستشيرها استشارة صحيحة. لقد انتظرت ساعة كاملة بعد حلول وقت موعدي ولقد زودتهم وقت الحجز منذ خمس اسابيع نوع استشارتي ومعه ذالك حصل اهمال للوقت وعدم تقدير مرضاهم لماذا هذا التصرف الذي لايمت بالمهنية بتاً ، التصرف هذا اهانة للناس وارتباطاتهم. ومعه ذالك ليس هناك تنسيق بين الدكتورة والاستقبال ، تصرف غير مقبول. انا لا انصح بهذه العيادة لمن تعز عليه نفسه.

Tried to make appointment via internet, but name ddnt appear in clinic. Went to clinic, being asked to wait dont know for what. We are the 2nd n 3rd customer went there before its open. Ddnt give proper guidelines. Waited 40 minutes, nobody attend us nor take our name or history.

Best doctor.. but bad employe service.. I've confirmed before made an appointment, that can be covered by my insurance with A Class. Thay said it will be covered.. but on the day we came, after 30 minutes waiting they just said can't be covered by insurance... Please need to improve the service..
