I am a PWD. I took a ride at Taytay terminal July 22 , Monday to the bus that left at around past 7am. I have a laundry hamper with me. But since I don't want to be a nuisance to the other passengers, i paid for an extra seat. Come San Juan, we were transferred to another bus. My destination is still quite far because I will be alighting at Mendiola yet. When I told the bus conductor that I paid for an extra seat to the previous bus, verbatimly he told me \ anong gusto mong gawin ko\ because they didn't allow me to bring with me my hamper in my seat. But my point is that I paid for an extra seat. Such a sarcastic remark for someone who works with people and that bus conductor's name is Magallanes. I hope that your company would train your employess to be polite to the riders. And this is not the first time. I hope that you would call the attention of all concerned. They didn't even refunded my bus fare for the extra seat I paid and yet I would hear such remark. I will call your office for update.
