This branch is always crowded, I always resort to going to other fast food chains or other branches. I hope they would improve this. On the other hand, these photos were taken during off-peak hours, and I have to do something for my daughter. I was really thankful for the staff because they didn't ask me to leave or something. Haha!

Service crews are polite, except for the manager .. You know who u are, I won't mention ur name but girl u really had an attitude. Try to respect customers as well as ur subordinates... Hindi lahat NG Tao Kaya mong tarayan.
It took them 20mins to take my order from a 2person queue. The utensils are not properly washed(still greasy). The gravy refill constantly has a queue. Low quality rice (it has rice bug eggs). No security guards on duty and unfortunately street childrens are begging inside the dining area.
Croudy and the staff are too busy to listen properly to your orders
Love this place for breakfast. Opens up early and quite near my children's school. Best place to hangout after running a few laps from San Jose Oval.
