Have used Rizzo towing service on several occasions being an Uber driver and needing tire service. I found their service to be exemplary. When another local towing company had already made my employee wait over 2 hours on side of the road, I called Rizzo's and they were able to get to my employees van within 45 minutes of my call and they saved the day. I called Rizzo’s towing after being stranded when my vehicle wouldn’t start. I wasn’t sure if it was a dead battery, my alternator or something else. What’s worse is I was stuck in a tight, cramped parking garage at work and called numerous other towing companies that said they probably couldn’t help me due to the height restrictions of the garage. But Rizzo’s came out and was able to charge my battery and my car started right up! Rizzo’s also gave me great advice on what to do next if it’s not only my battery and told me that they are just a call away if I have any other issues. Thank you again Rizzo’s for saving the day!

We called like 7 towing companies for a customer in our parking lot She had a BMW lost the keys could not get in her X5 so no towing company wold come help one of our Employees told us to call Rizzo that are BMW specialists so we did and Robert told us he can do it with no problem so he came and towed the car to the BMW Dealership good job and thank you for your help we will use his company in the future #rizzohelp

My husband's car broke down unexpectedly and we called Tuffy Tire and Auto Repair since they had fixed the car recently and they offer Roadside Assistance as part of the repair. They referred us to the Roadside Assistance Program and they scheduled the service with Rizzo. Robert came to our rescue and he was absolutely awesome. He kept in touch with us the whole time he was on his way and when he got to pick up the car he explained everything very clearly. He took the stress away from the unexpected situation we were going through. Great customer service skills! We absolutely recommend his services and if we need his service in the future we will definitely contact him. Thank you so much!!!!

It was 9pm at night everyone was closed and SCOOBY opened his shop for me to change my tire he drove home 30 mins to get the key to shop. Excellent service
