Professional yes, but their communication and completely lack of responsiveness is just so tiredsom. They now have had my daughter certificate of Registration as a British Citizen for over a month and still haven’t send it to us. At first they asked to send it after NY due to poor Royal Mail service during Christams and NY now I have no idea why it’s still hasn’t been sent. My husband and I have been trying to call, email... nothing. Today they finally answered their phone and promised me to send it today and confirm vi email once it’s been send... it’s now 7pm and I haven’t heard anything back. As much as David knows what he’s doing the headache the have to run CONSTANTLY behind him is just not worth it. It was finally resolved and David is very sweet I just took one star off as the whole headache of having the run behind is to much to disregard. Thank you for sorting it at the end
