Most unprofessional company dealt in years. Ordered concrete delivery for 1pm. Organised pump and labour. After beeing late called them to make sure truck is coming was told will be late an hour. 3 calls later was told it will be either 5pm or wont come at all. Had to cancel evrything and staff didnt seem to care at all. Thanks Roadstone you cost me about 800 today.

can't get any worst, the products are good, but the customer service is beyond ridiculous! why have you got a phone line if nobody ever answers? constant waste of time to try and get through to you

I would highly recommend Roadstone in Belgard. I had a very good experience from the time I went into their retail shop to look at their big range of decorative paving slabs to the stage where I placed my order a few weeks later. Every one of the staff that I dealt with were both extremely helpful and friendly and also very patient as I was trying to decide what design to go with. Their delivery was spot on too so I will definitely be recommending them and have nothing but praise for all of the staff that I had dealings with.

️Avoid roadstone Tallaght at all costs, had a no show for a delivery having taken a full day off because they couldn’t give me a time. Promised it for the next day and they left us a pallet short. To make things worse when the driver arrived he rang to ask where it was going and just repeatedly said “no English” and drove off. Staff where rude! No one is accountable when you call, only answer I seemed to get was “I don’t know” or “that’s not my job”. Not a single apology throughout either, until we got through to a manager who had no clue about the behavior of the staff. Place is a shambles, in a brand new estate where everyone is now looking to do their garden done etc.. I’ll be encouraging them to run a mile from this crowd!!!!!
