If I could give this place no stars I would. I loved living here because it was convenient when I was in school and it was close to my work place, however the staff was rude and didnt seem like they cared when we complained about something. When I asked questions they would respond in a snarky tone. Very disrespectful. I agree that the parking spot is over priced I have a spot on my lease at my new place and I dont pay extra for it it's just included in the rent which should be happening here since it's for students who cant afford squat. The alarms went off and no one updated us on what was going on which is not helpful at all. If you are just getting out of the dorms I recommend somewhere else that's cheaper and people actually care about their residents

Great location, really nice staff, good amenities, mostly clean. Often there's dog pee in or around the elevators and dog poop right outside the doors. Wish there was more enforcement of people training their animals better.

Staff are friendly and always helpful. Moved from LV and staff coordinated everything seamlessly. Ebony was patient and answered all questions everytime I called. Rooms are clean and love the amenities. Location is great.

The girls in the office and the management team were amazing! I also met some pretty awesome people that I love to spend time with even after moving!

The campus closes for Covid. There is no negotiating an opt out of the Lease.. No buy out no discussions of any kind. So they \force\ me to pay for three months rent while my son is home. They tell me to sub-lease the apartment to someone else. No heart with these people at all.
