Honestly had a great experience with the staff here! Every person that I interacted with was kind and helpful, and the procedure itself (I got a BC implant) was handled quickly and professionally. Thanks again PP!

Was told that they lost one of my samples for testing, so I called them to try and figure out what had happened because I most definitely left a sample. Was then told that they actually did have it, and not to worry, it would be processed for testing. I never saw results on my LapCorp portal so I called and a nurse told me that they never had that sample and that I needed to call the center and make an appointment to give another sample. This is frustrating, considering I live 40 minutes away, and would have to drive back just to pee in a cup... Anyways, I've since tried to call multiple times leaving messages to try to make an appointment, and still have not heard back.

Whenever I call I’m always left on hold for 15 minutes and usually they never pick up. I use their transgender services and having my hormones is very important yet when I requested a refill I was denied with no explanation and can’t get a hold to them.
