Bailey B. was VERY instrumental and moved rather quickly to secure a role for me in as little as two weeks!!! Wow! What a turnaround!! Not to mention her diligence and follow-ups and providing consistent updates while facilitating the whole interview process for the client to provide quick and critical feedback in making an expedient decision on hiring candidates! In the beginning of my career, I engaged with RHT, even back then I saw they possessed a proven track record with many clients in numerous areas, especially IT. Kudos to you Bailey!!!! We've had a wonderful experience working with Robert Half Technology on a very difficult project. We've been recruiting for several hard to fill roles with candidates who just don't stay on the market for long before being snapped up. Our hiring team has been incredibly busy and that has slowed down our internal process. Renee B and the rest of the team have not only provided us with great candidates, but Renee has hopped on calls with me to strategize how to streamline our process so that we can get candidates talking to our decision makers more quickly and be less likely to lose them. We're not done yet, but what I truly appreciate about RHI has been that they have functioned in a more strategic role than we generally see outside agencies - they've been a true partner to us on this project. I would highly recommend them!
