Mr Parslow has been a caring and devoted optician to my mother Margaret for decades. As she entered her 90s, he would visit her at home for her eye tests. She looked forward to his visits enormously, not just for the eye test but also for shared tales of her native Ireland. He went well beyond the call of duty when she had to move to a care home three years ago, and supported her when her eyesight started to deteriorate further. We could not have wished for a more professional, sensitive and caring optician and we are so grateful that he was able to look after our mother till the end.
