Walked in, Stood around for 10 minutes waiting on an employee at the front. The entire time I was in there I saw no one. Could have easily went behind the counter and stole whatever I wanted and walked out the door and the employees would have had no clue.

The Pharmacist at this location is extremely rude and unwilling to help with any prescription issues. My mother had surgery and we spent three hours waiting for him to fill a post operation prescription. Unacceptable!
Great pharmacy, convenient location. Directly off of the main Hwy in Roberstdale. Employees are very nice, available for customers who need help locating items instore. Pharmacists also available for consultations. Prices are in fair comparison to other local pharmacies/store in surrounding areas.

If I could give zero i would. Bad customer service. And during Covid 19 they are price gouging majorly. I have reported it. Its ridiculous they would do that to people during these hard times.
Horrible experience at the pharmacy! The drive-thru is slow and inefficient. My son desperately needed his rx filled after just leaving the doctor, asndhe was gasping for air right in the parking lot! I waited awhile in the drive-thru lane and was told to keep driving around because it wasn’t filled. I was then called and told they didn’t have it... I was then put on hold by the pharmacist To see if they did have it??My husband then called and was put on hold. I decided to walk in to see if they were going to fill the rx. Everyone was staring because my son was actually gasping for air. Magically, the rx was filled as soon as we got to the counter. All unnecessary!!! No apology either. If you have the rx or don’t.. don’t keep people on hold or waiting and wondering for 45minutes!
Every time I’ve used the drive through pharmacy at the Robertsdale CVS, the tall women who “helps” us Is ALWAYS very rude, and acts as if she could care less about doing her job and helping folks. It’s as if you’re bothering her, and she moves as slow as molasses on a freezing cold day. If you want to get better, and friendlier service, go to the Walgreens directly behind that CVS. I’m changing all of my business to them. It’s a shame that this CVS pharmacy still employs this women, as I’ve spoken to others who have said the same thing. All the other CVS pharmacies I’ve used in the past have been overly helpful and truly concerned with helping the customer.
